If something you purchased is not exactly as you expected, if it doesn’t fit how you wanted, or isn’t made how you think it should be, return it within 30 days for a full refund. We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, Unlimited Dreamz will gladly accept most returns.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Non-personalized, unworn and unwashed merchandise with all original tags and packaging can be returned for a full refund to the original method of payment. It must also be in the original packaging and together with original sales receipt or shipping invoice.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned
Note that there are some types of goods that are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, and some health and personal care items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
RETURNS WITHOUT AN ORIGINAL RECEIPT
In the event the purchase cannot be verified as a Unlimited Dreamz transaction, a merchandise credit will be issued for the current selling price provided the item is non-personalized, unworn, unwashed, has all original tags and packaging, and provided Unlimited Dreamz is currently selling the item.
SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take a few days to reflect on your account.
Returns made without the original sales receipt or shipping invoice will be issued a credit equal to the current selling of the merchandise. UT Dreamz may limit the number of returns permitted without an original sales receipt or shipping invoice. Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Remember unworn and unwashed merchandise with all original tags and packaging can be returned.

- We recommend that returns be shipped via an insured method such as UPS or Fed Ex. Unlimited Dreamz is not liable for lost packages.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
- Unlimited Dreamz cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- Unlimited Dreamz does not reimburse the cost of return shipping.
- In the event of an incorrect item or an item ordered is defective, the cost of shipping the return will be reimbursed.
